This notice explains what Lumen Edge (legal entity name pending) collects when you use this website or send us an enquiry, why we collect it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type: name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, city, what you need, product interest, quantity, target date and any message.
We also record the page you were on, the campaign or source parameters in the address bar, and the time of the enquiry, so we know which channel brought you to us.
We do not ask for payment card details, CNIC numbers or any other identity documents on this website.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, book a demonstration, prepare a quotation and follow up on it.
To understand which pages and channels generate real business, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in our sales records and copied to the team members who handle sales. Destination systems will be named here once confirmed.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser type for security and performance.
If we later add analytics or advertising pixels, this notice will say which ones and you will be asked for consent first where required.
If you contact us on WhatsApp (+92 305 8277816), the conversation is held on WhatsApp and subject to WhatsApp's own terms in addition to this notice.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is open and for a period afterwards so we can serve repeat requests. Retention period to be set by the owner.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry data, or to stop contacting you, at any time via WhatsApp +92 305 8277816. We act on such requests promptly.
