Tell us the dates
Format, quantity, venue and dates. We confirm availability the same working day.

Artwork
Send your artwork to our template, or let us adapt it. We print on backlit media and fit it.

Delivery and setup
We deliver, position, power up and photograph each unit in place.

Collection
We collect at the end of the period, inspect and return the deposit per the agreed terms.

Terms

Rental terms

Proposed terms — pending owner approval (G8)Proposal 1 — 3 Sep 2026. The terms that bind are the ones on your rental quotation.

Minimum period: 1 day (event) · 3 days (retail placement)Weekly and monthly rates on quotation
Included: Unit, power supply, one printed graphic to your artwork, delivery within Karachi, positioning and power-up, collection
Delivery and setup: Billed by route, quoted with the rental. Outside Karachi on request
Deposit: Refundable security deposit per unit, held until collection inspectionAmount set with the price list
Damage principle: Condition photographed at delivery and at collection. Normal wear is free. Damage beyond normal use is charged at repair cost, capped at the deposit unless the unit is lost
Graphic changes: Additional printed graphics available mid-rental at the print price
Booking: Confirmed on advance payment. Cancellation more than 48 hours before delivery is free; later cancellations forfeit the print cost
Power: You provide a standard 230 V socket within reach of the unit's cable. Extension leads available on request
Environment: Shop fronts, mall exteriors and covered outdoor positions. Fully exposed positions once the weather rating is confirmed
