Artwork templates
One template per format.
Templates are issued once the visible graphic area of each frame is measured to the millimetre. Until then, send us your artwork and we will adapt it to the frame as part of the Campaign Ready bundle.

Artwork rules (apply to every format)
- · Backlit print: design for transmitted light, not reflected. Avoid large areas of pure white.
- · Supply CMYK PDF/X, fonts embedded or outlined, images at 150 dpi minimum at final size.
- · Keep text and logos inside the safe area; we publish the safe area with each template.
- · We preflight dimensions, bleed, density and colour and send a proof before printing.

A plain-language draft is on the warranty page for owner approval. Durations and exclusions become final once the supplier warranty and our service policy are approved.
FAQ
Common questions
Do you publish prices?
Not yet. Prices are confirmed after landed-cost and warranty validation. Every product page has a Request a Quote button, and we reply within one working day.
Can I buy the frame only and supply my own artwork?
Yes. The Frame Only option comes with a standard warranty and our artwork template. The Campaign Ready bundle adds design adaptation, the first printed graphic and delivery.
Do you rent for events?
Yes. All three formats are available for 1 to 30 day rentals with a branded graphic. Delivery and setup are billed by route. Terms are confirmed on quotation.
Where do you deliver and install?
Karachi first, with our own installation team. Other cities are quoted per project.
Can the units be used outdoors?
They are built for shop fronts, mall exteriors and pavements. Until the supplier weather rating is confirmed we recommend covered positions, and each product page says so.
What happens if a unit is damaged?
We stock spare power supplies and LED modules and repair or replace under the warranty terms agreed on your quotation.
